As the lead contractor for the business solutions area, Orcait builds a QAD-centered manufacturing and SCM platform. Orcait formed a consortium with Korean companies in MES, QMS, PLM and HR, and leads the work from design to stabilization.

Orcait led the QAD ERP implementations at the Mexico subsidiary in 2024, the Poland subsidiary in 2025 and the India subsidiary in 2026. Orcait worked with global QAD partners only where local expertise was needed, such as local law, tax, regulations and reporting requirements.
QAD ERP implementationWoosin Vina, Sewon Electronics' Vietnam subsidiaryA Vietnam domain inside the head-office database
The project used the global single-instance model, in which the head office and its overseas subsidiaries share one QAD database. Orcait set up a Vietnam domain inside the head-office database. The system supports the Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and e-invoices, and links ERP and MES in real time through a REST API.

Samwee Precision signed a contract for QAD Adaptive ERP in 2025, and Orcait implemented the system. Samwee Precision runs the system today.
