- We open the training course with the content agreed in the consultation, then run it.
- We give the training fee after the consultation.
- Please bring a laptop to training at Orcait. If you come by car, let your contact know in advance and park in the parking area Orcait designates.
MMOG/LE
Official MMOG/LE training
MMOG/LE is the supply chain management assessment standard that OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers require of their suppliers. Orcait stays with you through the whole assessment preparation, from training and self-assessment to process improvement on QAD ERP.
Four steps follow in order: training, self-assessment, consulting and improvement.
- 01TrainingUnderstand the MMOG/LE V6 standard and its assessment items.
- 02Self-assessmentAssess your current level against the MMOG/LE assessment items.
- 03ConsultingAnalyze the unmet items and set improvement tasks.
- 04ImprovementMeet the requirements with QAD ERP functions and SCM processes.
As-Is assessment
We check your current state first
We review your workflows, systems, data, and customer and regulatory requirements together. We separate what QAD standard functions can meet from what needs development or integration, and we propose an adoption order.
We confirm the quote after the assessment
From the assessment results we draft the scope and the schedule, then present a quote. Before the assessment, we promise no duration or effect.
Costing & closing
Costing and closing consulting
We build product costs on standard costs, simulate them, and connect the variances from production results to accounting. Costing and closing consulting is provided when the customer requests it.
- We align the differences from Korean accounting practice one by one during implementation.
- We run actual-cost closing that fits Korean cost-closing practice on top of QAD data.
- In the As-Is assessment we review your current voucher and closing procedures and decide the scope of QAD standard functions and Korea-specific extensions.
FAQ
Common questions before a training or consulting inquiry
Where do we start preparing for an MMOG/LE assessment?
Training helps you understand the MMOG/LE V6 standard and its assessment items, and you then assess your current level against those items yourself. Next, we analyze the unmet items to set improvement tasks, and meet the requirements with QAD ERP functions and SCM processes. Orcait is Korea's only AIAG-designated official MMOG/LE training provider.
What happens in an As-Is assessment?
We review your workflows, systems, data, and customer and regulatory requirements together. We separate what QAD standard functions can meet from what needs development or integration, and we propose an adoption order.
When can we get a quote?
We confirm and present license and implementation quotes after the As-Is assessment. Before the assessment, we promise no amount or effect.
How do you handle differences from Korean accounting practice?
Differences that may feel unfamiliar at first are the standard way of global manufacturers. Orcait aligns the differences from Korean accounting practice one by one during implementation. We can also add Orcait's Korea-specific finance extension modules on top of QAD standard functions.
